Genesis

This photo was not taken by me, obviously! It was taken by Peter McDonald, with whom I lived at the time, back in 1981. The cat is his and was called Genesis. She was a dark ginger cat . Unfortunately, this lovely little cat was driven away by another one I had called Bing, who was a huge, long-haired ginger beastie given to me by my sister after she discovered he had a naughty habit of playing with her baby's hands!

I liked taking the cats to bed and when Peter went away on holidays usually had all four or five, or three or however many we had, on my bed all at once, so that was interesting to say the least.

There is a second Genesis in the photo called 'The Cat' in my Scraps folder. She came along not that long after the first Genesis disappeared.
